Controversial kisii musician Embarambamba has been ordered to delete his songs from all streaming platforms including YouTube and Facebook.
According to reports, the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFC) took this action after Embarambamba released his latest song dubbed “Tuko Uchi mbele ya Bwana”
Being one of Embarambamba songs which loosely translates to,“we are naked in front of God” has a video with the musician seemingly naked with only a piece of cloth covering his private parts with the rest of the body on camera.

The musician has been criticised for his way of singing what he terms as gospel. According to Kenyans, he does alot of controversial things on camera that make his videos extreme.
However, the latest song sealed the deal having been on KFC radar for sometime. They termed his music inappropriate and ordered the musician to delete and pull down all inappropriate music from streaming platforms effective immediately.
“A demand letter has been issued to Embrambamba and Getumbe to remove any inappropriate content from their various platforms. Failure to comply will result in legal action in accordance with the Films and Stage Plays Act Cap 222 of the Laws of Kenya.”
KFCB also proceeded to write to YouTube and other streaming platforms to pull down his content that they deem inappropriate, the latest one being the highly criticised.

According to KFCB, the pull down should be done immediately to avoid being accessed by children and students who have closed schools for mid term breaks. They urged parents to also ensure that their children don’t get the banned content from elsewhere.
“In cases where children have access to the internet and smart devices, parents/guardians must exercise responsibility to ensure that minors do not access inappropriate content.
