Raila has vowed to issue a way forward in Raila’s end year speech aimed at addressing the current challenges that kenyans are going through including the high cost of living.
According to Former Prime Minister, this years festivities have been snubbed by most kenyans due to lack of means to celebrate. This has been caused by the current administration which Raila says, has set bad economic policies making life unbearable to many Kenyans.
He said many people are unable to undertake their normal business activities as others have collapsed because of high taxation and therefore will address all this in Raila’s end year speech to kenyans and issue a way forward as we move to the next year.

“The faces of many Kenyans are gloomy this festive season due to the high cost of living. I understand the struggle Kenyans undergo as the year ends. Kenyans are overburdened by high taxes. I will not keep quiet about them and I expect to talk to Kenyans before the year ends.”
Speaking on Friday during the finals of the Opira Biannual football tournament at Ndiru primary school in Homa Bay Town constituency, the Opposition leader said that it’s time for kenyans to demand for change if they want next year to be better than this year.
Raila was accompanied by Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, Deputy Governor Oyugi Magwanga, MP Peter Kaluma and area MCA Erick Omollo where they awarded trophies and awards to tournament winners of the Opira Biannual tournament.

He vowed never to be silent when majority of Kenyans are suffering in the hands of Kenya Kwanza government and will continue to find various avenues to address the current predicaments that kenyans are currently going through.
