President William Ruto has spoken about the notorious Haiti Gang Leader Berbecue during his stop over in Haiti and claimed that the gang leader now wants to be a pastor.
According to Ruto, the Head of State, the notorious Berbecue has been frustrated by the Kenyan police during their mission in the Caribbean country and is now considering to change his career to a pastor.
“Congratulations. I have been told by Otunge (commander of the Kenyan peacekeepers in Haiti) that you guys have flattened Barbecue’s base and now he has surrendered and he wants to become a preacher. He is almost giving up.”

This comes barely a week after a Tiktok video went viral where the Gang Leader Berbecue claimed that the kenyan police officers are ruthless after the contingent attacked his base and fired bullets and tear gas at his gang members.
Reports by the officers indicate that they raided the streets of Delmas which is the most feared harbour of gangs forcing several gang members to flee after the officers intensified their attacks on the base, but Berbecue was not in the base.
Despite the attempts of several members to call for dialogue, the Haiti administration has rejected the requests by the gangs and have issued them a chance to surrender and be prosecuted or face the full wrath of the mission.
