A light aircraft has crashed in Lamu are injuring 10 people in the process. According to sources, the plane crash in Lamu happened and immediately went up in flames.
In a video currently circulating online, there seems to be a significant damage to both the area of the crash and according to reports, people are injured on site.
According to various sources and reports, the chopper was ferrying a Kenya Defence Forces pilot and nine other officers attached to KDF when the incident happened in Kiunga Area, in Lamu County.

Help has arrived at the scene with ambulances busy helping the injured and evacuating them from the accident. Firefighters are also on site to help in extinguishing the fire that broke out due to the impact of the crash.
According to the footage seen by NewsProjector, the debris of the plane are scattered on the crashing site as smoke and flames were visibly seen.
The police are yet to release a statement over the same with the cause of the crash still unknown.. The injured have however been rushed to nearby hospitals for emergency treatment.
