The third person, a lady who was involved in a road accident together with Kelvin Kiptum and his coach has been discharged from hospital.
Sharob Kosgei, was in the car when the accident happened on Sunday night and was rushed to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital with injuries sustained from the accident.
Confirming the discharge, Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital CEO Philip Kirwa has said that the female passenger Sharon has been discharged after treatment at the Eldoret based facility.

However, reports indicate that bodies of world record holder Kelvin Kiptum still lies at the Racecourse Hospital in Eldoret as Eldoret Hospital Morgue claims that the morgue is full and there is no space to admit the body of the 24 year old.
This comes after Kelvin Kiptum, his Rwandese coach Gervais Hakizimana and Sharon Kosgei were involved in a tragic road accident on Sunday night along the Eldoret-Kaptagat Road.
Mourning his death, Eliud Kipchoge has sent his condolences through his social media platforms triggering mixed reactions from kenyans who have eluded their frustrations on him.
According to netizens, they claim that Eliud Kipchoge failed to congratulate Kelvin Kiptum when he broke his world record in Chicago last year when he hit the New World Record, clocking 2:00:35.

However more leaders and fellow marathoners have come out to send their messages of condolences to the world record holder whose record was ratified just last week.
“We are shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the devastating loss of Kelvin Kiptum and his coach, Gervais Hakizimana. On behalf of all World Athletics, we send our deepest condolences to their families, friends, teammates and the Kenyan nation,” World Athletics President Sebastian Coe said in a statement.
