The Kenya Union of Post Primary School Teachers (KUPPET) Secretary General Akelo Missori has said the union will sue the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) if further action is taken against principals accused of aiding exam malpractice in this year’s examinations. This he said is the stand of KUPPET On KCSE Malpractices
Speaking in Meru on Sunday, Missori has termed the actions against school heads as harassment. He therefore said that any further action by the commision will be met with further consequences from KUPPET.
“If TSC goes ahead to discipline our teachers, this time round we are going to court so that the truth will be unveiled. Because I think it is only the court which can compel the parties to bring the evidence that they have.”
