After one month of searching and drama between Masengeli and the courts about the whereabouts of two brothers and an activist Bob Njagi abducted in Kitengela, the two brothers have finally been found.
According to reports, the two Kitengela brothers were found on the night of Thursday dumped at Gachie border of Kiambu and Nairobi by their captors with Activist Bob Njagi still missing amid speculations.
As revealed by President of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Faith Odhiambo, the two were found dumped together at Kiambu and she had secured them and that efforts to unite them with their families were underway.

“I am informed that Jamil Longton and his brother Aslam were dumped at the Gachie border of Kiambu and Nairobi by their captors. Every prayer and intervention made a difference. We thank God that they are safe.”
This comes just hours after speculations started surfacing online that Activist Bob Njagi had been murdered by his abductors, causing an uproar on social media. The speculations weere started by Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.
However, the family of Bob Njagi refuted claims made by Babu Owino and said they have not confirmed his death. Babu insisted that the disappearance of people for thirty days and denial of police showed everything one needs to know.
This also comes barely a day after new Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja claimed that the three were not in police custody amid back and forth by Masengeli with the courts.

“I have just taken over but what I can tell you is that we don’t have the ‘Kitengela 3’ with us. A report was made and we have an active investigation. We are also urging the people of Kenya with any information (on the same) to come forward.”
