Kindiki Speaks After Kuria Named Forces Behind Sniper’s Murder: Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has broken his silence over the murder of Meru Blogger Daniel Muthiani alias Sniper who was killed several weeks ago.
This comes after Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria revealed the forces behind the blogger’s murder and said he will pursue the killers to the dead end for Sniper’s justice.
“Verily, verily I say unto the one responsible- You will not get away with this. I will pursue this matter to the bitter end Meru blogger dead Snipper.”

According to Kuria’s revelations, the forces behind Sniper’s murder are the profiling forces in Mt Kenya are behind the Blogger’s murder with the continued profiling and stigmatization of Mt Kenya youths, branding them as members of outlawed gangs.
However, the Interior CS has said that detectives probing the case are concluding the process of identifying all those involved in his murder and will have a date with justice soon.
“Those responsible for organizing, financing and executing the cruel murder of Daniel Muthiani, alias Sniper, have a date with justice. Detectives are concluding the process of identifying the evil perpetrators, including those who lured the young man to his death and those who tortured, murdered and dumped his body in an attempt to conceal the terrible crime.”
Sniper disappeared on December 2, before his body was discovered on December 16.

An autopsy conducted on Friday by government pathologist Johansen Oduor at the Marimanti Level 4 Hospital Mortuary showed that Sniper died of strangulation.
He also had fractured ribs and showed injuries on his head which suggested that he was strangled before being thrown into a river.
Various kenyans continue to call for Sniper’s justice even after an arrest of one Supuu Wa Mioro as the prime suspect who according to the key witness, Sniper’s wife, lured him to his death through a phone call to meet Meru Governor before his disappearance.
