Popular anti-government activist Kasmuel McOure has finally broken his silence hours after photos went viral after meeting United Democratic Alliance (UDA) majority leader Sylvanus Osoro at a Nairobi hotel.
According to pictures seen by NewsProjector, the two are seen laughing and exchanging words in a friendly manner, something that kenyans on social media have been riled about, citing betrayal for the “movement”
However, responding to kenyans who have raised concerns over his sincerity towards fighting for better governance, Kasmuel McOure said that the meeting between him and Osoro was not planned and he met him coincidentally.

“I go to that members’ club often and meet plenty of Kenyans there. The Majority Whip of Parliament is one of the many members. It was my first time meeting him, and I took the opportunity to say to his face what I’ve always said online.”
According to McOure, Osoro’s government has failed kenyans in fundamental ways including extrajudicial killings, false promises on service delivery, and a blatant disregard for the rule of law and he told him that to his face before moving to the meeting he was set to attend at the hotel.
McOure further dismissed the romours that he claimed are peddled by his critics that he is a double agent for the government and said he will continue to do civic education both online and on-ground.
