Kalonzo Musyoka’s 2027 Bid: Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has said enough is enough and he will be vying for Presidency in 2027 saying he won’t support Raila Odinga.
Speaking in an interview yesterday, Kalonzo said it’s time for him to go for the top seat saying that he expects support of the Azimio Coalition including Raila to useat President William Ruto.
According to Kalonzo, he has been a selfless leader who sacrificed his ambitions three times to drum support for Raila Odinga and it’s time for his sacrifices to be awarded as he will not do it again in 2027.
This comes after Raila hinted that Kalonzo will be the opposition’s flag bearer in the 2027 general elections but correcting his statemea day later by withdrawing the statements and clarifying his remarks because they were causing tension within Azimio.

Kalonzo has however mantained that he is in the ballot in 2027 whether he is being supported by the opposition or not because according to him, the time is now and if he does not do it, then that means retiring from active politics at 70 years.
Kalonzo Musyoka’s 2027 Bid
However, the Wiper Party leader expects support due to his sacrifices in the past for Raila Odinga. He says that he expects the Azimio Coalition to pick their candidate early enough to avoid confusions and last minute rush.
In his new year Message, Kalonzo accused kenya Kwanza of arrogant reaction to street protests that saw loss of lives and said that Kenyans should keep the hope alive as we move to 2024.
