Make your interactions professional and have business cards with you. Spark conversations with people you meet in these events. Pitch ideas and leave your business card and you’ll definitely receive that call.
Creating your professional profile on LinkedIn can be also a huge boost in attract high value connections. This is by keeping your profile up to date. This may include all your education, interests, experiences and overall qualification. This will attract people looking for professional services and that means new career advancement and opportunities.
You can also set professional meet ups with potential connect. This is through appointments to pitch ideas and show your value. Dig up about the person before the meet up and know how to keep him/her interested. It also gives you more armour for more ideas. Arrive on time and act professional.
