Days after the two abducted Kitengela Brothers were released after 32 days in captivity, new details by their kin have emerged on how the brothers were tortured during the hostage.
Abdirazak Longton, who is a brother to the victims, Jamil and Aslam Longton, has come out to narrate the shocking ordeal that his brothers went through on the hands of people alleged to be police officers according to their modus operandi.
Speaking to Citizen TV on Sunday, the brother said that Aslam, one of his abducted brother sustained injuries from the prolonged torture and had marks of boots and cuts on his back showing the nature of brutality they went through.

According to Abdirazak, the two Kitengela brothers were tortured from second day after they were abducted and the torture continued for two weeks with questions about protests and then an order from above came telling the abductors to stop the beatings.
“Aslam and Jamil confirmed to me that they were beaten up. After the beating, they were asked about the recent demonstrations. After two weeks, their abductors stopped torturing them. An order from above ordered the abductors to stop beating them.”
However, after pressure from the court over the release of the three overwhelmed the abductors, they were blindfolded with a white sellotape in the same manner they were abducted and taken near a river in Gachie where they were untied and ordered them not to look back.

“They were given back their phones and Ksh300 each for fare to where they needed to go,” Abdirazak revealed adding that thee duo was warned never to share what they went through.
