This was because of the dispute that the county government of Nakuru and the management of War Memorial hospital over a piece of land. Thus the family was forced to wait for the wrangles to cool down before collecting their kin for burial arrangements.
However, when the dispute settled and normalcy returned, the family was shocked to learn that their bill had been accumulated over the period that the hospital was closed. This forced them to wait longer as they planned to raise the needed ammount to bury their kin.
However, upon realising that the money was too much to raise, they allegedly came up with a plan to engage the hospital amicably for a solution. The hospital further prevented them, citing an unpaid bill.
