Netizens who have seen the video have speculated several ideas that may have triggered the Deputy President to tighten his security, with others claiming that his paranoia shows that something is going on behind the scenes.
Dressed in plain clothes, the security men romoured to be part of the DPs security is seen moving around the tent making sure that the dogs sniff every part of the tent including the speakers near the dias.
This comes as various reports indicate that there is tension within the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) camp with various leaders throwing jabs at each other in various events across the country.
However, the latest move by the Deputy President to ensure that his location is inspected before he arrives has had kenyans talking, others claiming that the DP must be scared for his life.
Others dismissed the speculations of the majority of kenyans arguing that that is just a security protocol and kenyans should not think deeper into it because inspection of location is a regular occurrence.
Normally, police officers secure the scene before the arrival of a prominent figure but the inclusion of sniffer dogs in such an event is a show that the DP is worried, thus the need to boost and tighten his security.
