Fresh details about Dr Laban Lang’at Murder have emerged after the detectives recovered a CCTV footage from the club where the Nakuru Level 5 intern was last seen.
According to reports, the hospital’s CCTV had been tampered with moments after the crime had taken place therefore hitting an end on what actually happened to the doctor.
However, it’s clear that the person who interfered with the hospital’s CCTV to hide evidence of Dr Laban Lang’at Murder is familiar with the hospital and might be one of the workers that must have been involved in the ordeal.

However, fresh details have shown the last moments of Dr Laban Lang’at before he met his untimely death. Accessing a nearby local pub indicate that Laban came in and was in the company of his friends yet to be identified.
In the footage, Laban is seen entering the club at few minutes past midnight and was joined by a group of friends whom he bought drinks for according to one of the Club’s staff.
After spending about 30 minutes in the club located along the Nakuru-Kabarnet highway, Lang’at left and was followed by his friends whom he had bought drinks for. That is the last time Dr Lang’at was seen alive.
According to postmortem examination report conducted on Sunday, Dr Laban Lang’at Murder was caused by lack of oxygen due to strangulation by his neck.

Laban’s body was last Saturday retrieved from a trench near the hospital by a guard manning the premises. It’s yet to be established what really happened to the doctor.
However, police officers are trying to figure out who possibly interfered with the CCTV Footage which accto the hospital staff was working on the night of the murder.
