Edna Awuor, the woman who hit the headlines on Thursday claiming to have sired a son with the late Kelvin Kiptum has produced further evidence to support her claim.
The woman who wants a share of Kiptum’s wealth to go to her son has produced photos that she and kiptum shared with their son before the ill fated accident.
Edna who wanted the burial to be stopped until the family recognises her was disappointed when the court declined to hear her plea thus the burial proceeded as planned.

“Burial arrangements of the deceased are at an advanced stage and, therefore, stopping the burial may be disruptive, considering the resources that have been put in,” the judge ruled on Thursday, February 22.
However, in a bid to disapprove those doubting her allegations, pictures have flooded on social media showing the late Kiptum with Edna and her son on different occasions.
In one occasion, Kiptum is seen pictured together with Edna and a friend whom is yet to be identified. The picture has opened a possibility that it might be true that Edna knew the deceased and that she was not bluffing.
In another picture that was allegedly taken by Edna, Kiptum is seen holding a baby who is suspected to be the son of Edna Awuor, whom she wants to be included in Kiptum’s share as his son.

This also comes after Edna requested the court to do a paternity test to confirm her allegations, a plea that the court also rejected due to the timing of the case. However, she has not confirmed if she will appeal after the burial or not.
It now remains unclear whether the family of Kiptum will accept Edna and her son as one of their own.
