Drama was witnessed in Nyeri after a fire truck engine was sent from the county government to disrupt Morara Kebaso’s meeting with Nyeri residents.
According to reports, the fire truck was sent in an attempt to disperse the crowd that was listening to Morara Kebaso’s Nyeri civic education speech in his project inspection in Mt Kenya region.
The vocal critic of President William Ruto however was not moved by the theatrics of the Fire Truck claiming that it’s theatrics by a failing regime as the truck was heading nowhere at that time.

“The vehicle was headed nowhere to do nothing and even left the tarmac to follow us into the market center where we were discussing issues of national importance. It kept reversing and speeding towards us like a charging bull.”
In the videos seen by NewsProjector, the vehicle forced its way through the crowd leaving the road where it should have followed, exposing its likely intention of disrupting the rally that was organised by Kebaso.
Kebaso however challenged the fire truck driver to hit his vehicle that he was standing on, asking where the fire engine was when the fire tragedy happened at the Hillside Endarasha Academy in the same county.
“Lets see whether they will hit me. When we wanted you to come put off the fire, you were not there. It is now that you want to hit me with the engine.”
