Detectives have finally exhumed remains suspected to be of a top ranking manager who went missing twelve years ago in Eldoret.
According to reports, the remains are suspected to be of former Kerio Valley Development Authority KVDA Managing Director Silvenus Tubei who went missing in 2012. The remains were discovered buried in a shallow grave wrapped in a blanket a few metres away from his house.
In a shocking revelation, the detectives advised the family of Tubei to protect the crime scene as they process a court order to allow for the exhumation of the body for them to process an autopsy pending further investigation.

According to a close family member of Tubei, the missing file of the formwr manager has been open since he went missing and with the new discovery, the case can commence to bring his killers to book.
Sources who confided with NewsProjector revealed that, A woman who was said to be cohabiting with Tubei was marked as present when he disappeared, thus making her the prime suspect of the disappearance of the Manager.
However, she couldn’t be charged since there was no evidence of her involvement with the disappearance of Tubei at the time (2012).

Therefore with the new findings of Top ranking manager Tubei’s remains, a new investigation will be launched to ensure that Tubei’s family gets justice after twelve years.
Tubei was involved in the construction of the multibillion-dollar Turkwel Dam, in which Kerio Valley Development Authority was the implementing agent, and the construction of the corporation’s 14-storey towering headquarters in Eldoret.
