Detectives Visit Khalwale’s Home: Officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have today visited Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale’s home after speculations that there is more to the bull killing its caretaker story.
Confirming in his X account, the Senator said that he has hosted Officials from the DCI to ascertain if his narration about what led to the death of his 47 year old worker which he said was his champion bull, is true.
“Following wild, baseless, and false claims by some pseudo politicians in Kakamega, I’ve today been forced to indefinitely postpone the burial of my trusted fighter bull caretaker.”

“Meanwhile, today, I hosted a team of DCI detectives at my Malinya Home for a thorough fact-finding mission over the unfortunate demise of the late Kizito Moi Amukune.”
This comes after Kakamega Tycoon Toto Shimanyula revealed information that there is more than what meets the eye. He called the DCI to investigate the death of Kizito, Khalwale’s servant.
According to Toto, Kizito was having an affair with Khalwale’s wife before Khalwale got wind of it and decided to end his long serving servant’s life.
Speaking to the Press, Toto said that he viewed the body and the wounds were knife wounds which according to him made Khalwale’s story a fabricated one. Therefore he called the DCI to look further into the issue.

However, Khalwale has said that he has asked for the postponement of the burial to allow further investigations. According to him, the allegations are baseless and his home is open for anyone to conduct investigations before burial plans proceed.
“I’ve readly opened up my home to the police to afford them an opportunity to make credible and conclusive investigations into this sad death thereby enabling them to pursue the matter to a logical conclusion before burial plans continue.”
