A woman who wassaid to be cohabiting with Tubei was marked as present when he disappeared, thus making her the prime suspect of the disappearance of the Manager but, she couldn’t be charged since there was no evidence of her involvement with the disappearance of Tubei .
Officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) secured the area, marked it as a crime scene, and asked the family of Tubei to protect it until an order from the court was secured to have it exhumed.
