The government has released the government autopsy report of the four men found dumped on KDF land in Eldoret. The bodies were found near a recruitment training camp on November 26th.
According to Johansen Oduor, the government pathologist, the men died of beatings. This led to intednal bleeding and the autopsy revealed was the cause of their death.
“It was the bodies of four young boys whose death we are all privy to, these men died because of internal bleeding and the bleeding was due to blunt trauma on the lower parts of the body.”

Oduor was briefing the media on Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret.
“The beatings were behind the buttocks, the legs, and the lower back, it looks like they were beaten and they bled till they died.”
He then forwarded the government autopsy report to relevant authorities for further investigations into the murder. The families of the deceased men were also briefed on the results of the autopsy. They were then allowed to view the bodies at the Moi Morgue.
According to reports, the four men were allegedly beaten by KDF officers who found them trespassing on the government farm. The men are said to have gone to collect postharvest crops when they were harrased and beaten to death by officers.
The postmortem results have confirmed part of the allegations of being harrased but the perpetrators are yet to be brought to book. Locals are now demanding for justice and requested the government to set an inquiry into the murders.
The locals have also said that arrests should be made for trespassing instead of committing such a heinous acts. They have called for President William Ruto to intervene.
